London IT Support Engineer – Finance Trade Floor (7am-4pm)

Ashdown Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst in London to provide user support within a global finance firm. You will be on-site five days a week, working in a high-pressure environment servicing around 150 users across London, New York, and Dubai.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support, preferably in a trading or finance-related background. This role offers a salary of £40,000, a bonus, 25 days of annual leave, and continued professional training.
