We are partnered with a leading Cisco Gold Partner seeking a Head of Networks to lead its Managed Services network operations function.

This is a key leadership role focused on delivering high-performance network support across enterprise environments, while driving automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence at scale.

With strong growth plans in place, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a critical function and shape how it evolves.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the network operations function within a Managed Services environment
• Oversee a growing team of technical specialists and network managers
• Own service performance across SLAs, KPIs, availability, and customer experience
• Drive automation and AI-led improvements across support operations
• Improve scalability, efficiency, and service quality through process optimisation
• Develop and mentor team leaders and managers
• Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth and expansion

Team Overview

• Technical Solutions Specialists
• Enterprise Network Managers (managing their own teams)
• Current oversight of ~18 people, with significant planned growth

Requirements

• Experience leading network operations or managed services environments
• Strong background in enterprise networking / infrastructure support
• Proven ability to manage multi-layered technical teams
• Track record of delivering against service performance metrics
• Experience driving automation, tooling, or AI within operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
