SEN Teaching Assistant

TradeWind Recruitment are currently looking for caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across primary schools in Newark and the surrounding areas.

The Role

• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and additional needs
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Support learning activities inside and outside the classroom
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs

• Experience supporting children with SEND

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships
