Our client is a leading luxury hot tub distributor experiencing strong and sustained growth. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of warehouse operations and logistics, ensuring the efficient movement of stock and supporting the ongoing success of the business. Role Overview

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse activities including goods in, goods out, stock control, returns management, logistics coordination and inventory reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role will also involve leading, motivating and developing a warehouse team to achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all warehouse operations in line with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile inventory using the company CRM system
  • Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives and process improvements
  • Complete daily operational logs and contribute to warehouse performance reporting
  • Produce analysis and reports relating to inventory, logistics, costs and budgets
  • Develop, review and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain optimal stock levels through accurate forecasting and inventory planning
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience within a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics
  • Ability to establish, monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment

Qualifications

  • Previous Warehouse Management experience
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, transport management, order fulfillment
