Job Vacancy – HR Assistant – 2 Years Fixed Term Contract (40 hours per week)
£30,784.00 per annum (Plus London Weighting Allowance of £2800 per annum)

This role involves providing high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the HR Manager. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR reporting, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, respond to employee queries, and assist with HR projects and initiatives, ensuring processes run smoothly and confidentially.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in an HR role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and use initiative.
- Experience maintaining confidential employee records and handling sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and confidence in learning and using HR systems.
