Description

  • Lead the pharmacy team to provide exceptional customer care in the healthcare department.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and professional standards within the pharmacy.
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in achieving operational and business objectives.
  • Oversee the safe and effective dispensing of medications.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure the availability of essential products.
  • Deliver training and mentorship to pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services and retail operations.

Profile

A successful Deputy Pharmacy Manager (DPM) should have:

  • A recognised qualification in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience in both healthcare and retail environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
