We’re partnering with a leading global healthcare communications agency to find a Senior Account Director for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead strategic client partnerships, shape high-impact programmes, mentor talented teams, and drive business growth within a highly collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Leading senior client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic partner
✅ Overseeing programme delivery, account growth, and financial performance
✅ Developing and inspiring high-performing teams
✅ Contributing to new business opportunities and agency growth
✅ Driving exceptional quality across all workstreams
What we’re looking for:
✔ Significant Medical Education or Medical Communications agency experience
✔ Strong strategic, commercial, and client leadership skills
✔ Experience managing and developing teams
✔ Passion for delivering innovative, scientifically robust communications
