Position

We are seeking a Spa Therapist to join our Club & Spa at The Lanesborough. This is a part‑time position covering weekend shifts, ideal for a professional passionate about exceptional service, luxury wellness and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Spa Therapist you will deliver massage and beauty treatments to Lanesborough standard, offering each guest a personalised, bespoke experience. You will be trained on high‑end products, including Ilay and La Prairie, and support retail opportunities to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
  • Excellent command of English, second language preferred
  • Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management
  • Immaculate grooming standards
  • Drive for excellent customer service, leading by example
  • Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
  • Requires manual handling
