The Role
Oaklea’s Supported Living properties in Kendal provide care and support to people with learning disabilities.
In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.
You will be required to support people with their personal care needs, with daily activities and appointments within the local community.
You will be required to work closely within a small team. Working hours will include days, sleep ins and weekends shared amongst the team.
