Apprentice Lettings Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an Apprentice Lettings Consultant for a full‑time, permanent position based in Wakefield. The role runs 38.75 hours per week, Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with alternating Saturdays 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face‑to‑face, over the telephone and electronically, and making appointments to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.
• Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services.
• Full training will be provided to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and organised.
• Excellent IT skills.
