Sales Assistant (Part‑Time)

Location: Wigan – Robin Retail Park.

Contract: 8 hours per week (Monday–Sunday rotating shifts).

Pay: £8.00 – £12.71 per hour + 30% staff discount.

• Style the full fit: Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks—kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
• Know the product, know the culture: Learn every silhouette, performance tech, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat—you’ll be trained to become a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype: Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
• Chase the win: Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium: Visuals on point. Stock locked in. Store always looks fresh, clean and ready for the next fit check.

About you

• Outgoing, confident, and approachable – you love starting conversations and building connections.
• Obsessed with sneakers and streetwear, especially Jordan, and curious to learn more.
• Flexible for evenings/weekends and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Team player with a growth mindset – open to feedback and eager to develop.
