NEW 2026: 1-2+ PQE. .. brand new for us, and in direct contact with the partner at this elite UK global colossus, EW is pleased to offer a junior associate role to a City finance / leverage finance / corporate lawyer looking to dive straight into quality work, under a known “nice” partner! You will focus on high quality lev fin work from the off, from its global network, very often for the clients directly. Work will include work with financial institutions, PE sponsors and cross border private debt work. You will ideally have experience spanning lev fin, acquisition finance and corporate products. Some exposure to private credit is also useful though not a must.
