Your Role

• Advising on employment matters for high-profile respondent clients, including drafting employment terms and managing workplace discrimination issues
• Supporting corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions, including business transfers and outsourcings
• Handling employment litigation across tribunals, civil courts, and appeal courts
• Advising on collective matters such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE, and industrial relations
• Conducting investigations, including regulatory and internal reviews
• Assisting with strategic advisory projects, including compliance with legal developments

About You

• Extensive experience in employment law, ideally gained at a leading or recognised firm
• Proven ability to advise commercial clients across a range of employment matters
• Strong technical skills, with confidence managing complex legal work
• Collaborative, professional approach and enthusiasm for mentoring and contributing to team culture
