Ignite Program – Year12 &13 Experience

Ignite is a four‑day in‑person programme that gives Year12 and 13 students the chance to experience real work with our Audit teams, develop professional skills, and build a network within Grant Thornton.

Program Dates and Location

Monday17 – Thursday20August2026, Birmingham office (must be within a reasonable commuting distance).

What You’ll Do

• Engage in real projects alongside Audit teams.
• Participate in focused development sessions to sharpen professional skills.
• Complete hands‑on group activities for teamwork and problem‑solving.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Intended for students in Year12 or 13 who want to pursue a school leaver programme in accountancy.
• No prior work experience required.
• Must be enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn.
• Full attendance for all four days is required; availability for the full duration of the programme.
• Apply to an office within a reasonable commuting distance.
