Atlantic Way Care Limited is recruiting for a Support Worker in Crediton & Tiverton. Competitive rate of pay to be confirmed – April 2026. Working hours up to 40 hours per week, bank hours also available.

Role Overview
As a Support Worker you will work with young adults who have complex needs, building positive relationships and helping them plan daily tasks, activities, and personal care, including cooking, cleaning, running errands, eating support and medication administration. You will also help plan and participate in days out and support them to become more independent.
Key Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions.
- Assist with daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
- Provide personal care support, which may include eating assistance and medication administration.
- Help plan and participate in exciting days out.
- Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
