Factory Operative / Packer (Corby)

We are seeking a reliable Factory Operative/Packer to join our client’s dynamic team in Corby. The client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing products with care and precision to meet company standards
• Wrapping pallets securely for safe transport
• Inspecting products for quality assurance before dispatch
• Cleaning and maintaining the work area to ensure a safe and organised environment
• Assisting with other general factory duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a factory, or packaging environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
• Physically fit and able to lift and move products and pallets
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills, including machine operation
• A positive attitude and team-player mentality

Shifts

• 2 Rotating Shifts
• Monday – Friday 06:00 – 13:30
• 13:30 – 21:00

Pay rate: £16.15/h
