Secondary Teaching Assistant: SEN Support & Training

Philosophy Education is seeking a full-time Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a large, welcoming high school in Richmond starting September 2026. You will support a range of pupils, mainly in KS3, managing learning needs and emotions in collaboration with teachers.

This role offers ongoing training and the opportunity for contract extension into the next academic year. The school fosters an inclusive and empowering environment for all students, ensuring they achieve their potential.
