Requirements for the Associate Cost Consultant London
Professional Status: MRICS Chartered Status is preferred for this role. However, our client will consider candidates who are currently in the final stages of their APC.
Qualifications: A Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
Background: Experience with a Cost Consultancy organisation in the UK is essential. Our client welcomes candidates already based in London as well as those looking to relocate to the capital.
Sector Experience: Ideally, you will have pre and post-contract experience across Commercial, Residential, Education, and Mixed-Use developments.
Leadership: You should demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships independently. Furthermore, experience in mentoring and developing junior team members is highly desirable.
