Mechanical Engineering Lecturer

Location: Workington, Cumbria

Salary: £29,000 – £42,000 + £6,000 bonus + 28% pension + 55 days holiday + full teacher training provided.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to deliver theory-focused training sessions to apprentices and full-time learners. No teaching experience required; a Level 3 qualification and passion for helping others succeed is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theory-led Mechanical Engineering sessions
• Support and mentor learners in a classroom environment
• Participate in full training and teacher qualification program
• Work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical Engineering background
• Level 3 qualification or higher
• No teaching experience required
