We are currently recruiting a researcher to support the Lead Generators through data research and development. Working within a tight-knit team you will be providing support to our outbound call centre in a busy, friendly and professional environment. Identifying new and improving existing opportunities for a team of Lead Generators making appointments for a field-based sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound calling to identify new customers and clarify information
- Researching and adding new companies to the database.
- Researching and updating existing customers on the data base.
- Checking incoming leads and making sure they are assigned correctly.
- Processing lost-customer data.
- Providing support for other call centre staff, checking phone numbers and updating records.
- Archiving and reclassifying records.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
