We have an exciting opportunity for two Waking Night Support Workers to join our team in Kirkby‑in‑Ashfield, supporting adults with a learning disability across two neighbouring properties.

This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable, and committed to making a real difference during the night, when reassurance and consistency are essential.

About the Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll provide attentive and compassionate support throughout the night to ensure individuals feel safe, comfortable, and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care where required
  • Regular checks to support health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Completing laundry tasks
  • Carrying out light cleaning duties during the night
  • Offering reassurance and emotional support

While this can be a challenging role, it is also incredibly rewarding, knowing the vital support you provide helps people live safely and confidently.
