Contract: 32-hour weekly guaranteed minimum. Works across venues operating 7 days a week.
We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our busy team at RHS Garden Wisley. As a Supervisor, you will lead the front‑of‑house team, creating a welcoming experience for every visitor, supervising and supporting staff, training new members, and assisting Operations Managers with weekly bookkeeping. You will also step in to take full responsibility for the unit during absences. You will ensure smooth daily operations and maintain full compliance with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety standards.

Shifts: Vary between Monday and Sunday. Candidates must be flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends. Hours will vary depending on business needs, with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week.
