Learning Support Manager, AFA & Inclusion Lead

The Brian Clarke Church of England Academy is seeking a Learning Support Manager to enhance support for students in the Achievement for All Department. The role focuses on managing the AFA Room, assisting students with lessons, and implementing effective interventions for those facing barriers to learning.

Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting students on a lesson-by-lesson basis and working collaboratively with both students and leadership to create an inclusive environment.
