Flexible lunch-cover shifts across Monday to Friday, examples include:

• 10am-3pm
• 11am-4pm
• 12pm-5pm

We would also welcome people looking for weekend work too.

Full time

40 hours per week | Monday-Friday within operational hours (open hours 08:00 – 17:30)

• Flex; option to include weekend shifts for those who prefer additional flexibility if you would prefer, happy to discuss a pattern that works for you…
• Pay; £12.71p/h
• Location: office in Diss, Hybrid working available following initial training – based on maintaining performance (No fully Remote Options)

What you’ll be doing

• Answering inbound calls or emails in a busy contact centre environment – this is the core part of the role.
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint
• Accurately updating multiple IT systems
• Capturing customer feedback to support continuous service improvement

What we’re looking for

• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, customer‑first mindset able to handle back‑to‑back nature of the role
• Reliability and flexibility regarding working patterns
