Role Overview
As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) you will hold a crucial position within the restaurant management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of day‑to‑day activities. You will coach, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team dedicated to delivering a reliable and consistent experience for our customers. You will also drive sales and profitability in your restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Learn essential managerial skills such as scheduling, team coordination, and effective communication to lead a motivated and efficient team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt problem‑solving and a friendly demeanour.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other managers to maintain high‑quality standards and uphold the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications
