Senior Highways Engineer – Hybrid (Section 38/278)

Spinwell Global is seeking a Developing Highways Senior Engineer for a position in Shrewsbury, with a hybrid work model requiring 1 to 2 days onsite per week. The role involves leading efforts to clear Section 38/278 Historic sites and ensuring their adoption from a Local Highway Authority perspective.

The ideal candidate will work closely with site managers and service providers to facilitate site inspections. This is a contract role with an initial length of 6 months.
