Male Support Worker

Salary: £12.65 per hour / £26,312.00 per annum (Based on 40 hours)

Working Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Service: Nexus Support Limited – Rochford

£300.00 Joining Bonus

Requirements

  • A full UK drivers licence is required to meet the role responsibilities.

Nexus Support Limited is a specialist provider working alongside people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs aged between 16 and 45, and their families in the South Essex area, covering Basildon, Castle Point, Chelmsford and Southend.

Days are spent supporting people to live a meaningful life. We provide opportunities to grow, develop new skills, and explore and enjoy new and established interests and experiences. This may include swimming, exercising, health & beauty and any preferred activities within community settings and in their own homes.

When not out on activities, staff are available for chats and advice to help when times become challenging.

Availability

You will need to be available for a minimum of two shifts per week, supporting the person at home and in the community. Shift patterns include early, late, sleep‑in and alternate weekends.
