Role Description
We are seeking an Operations Support professional for a full‑time, on‑site role at the National Drone Hub, located in Helston. The position involves supporting day‑to‑day operations, managing logistics, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of drone testing activities. The role also includes providing high‑quality customer support, monitoring operational processes, and adhering to compliance and safety standards within the Hub’s facilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operational Support and Operations Management to execute and oversee day‑to‑day functions effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent Communication skills for working collaboratively across teams and conveying information clearly.
- Experience in Customer Service to ensure user satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in airspace and drone technologies is an advantage.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technological advancements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations management, aviation, or a related field is preferred.
