Family Support & Attendance Advocate (4 days/wk)

Walliscote Primary School in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an outstanding family support worker to join our dedicated team. This role involves supporting children and families to enhance outcomes and improve school attendance by identifying and overcoming barriers.

The successful candidate will lead community events and work closely with external agencies to ensure the well-being of children. We are looking for a resilient, organised individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about inclusion and safeguarding.
