HLTA: Lead Small-Group Interventions & Classroom Support

Leader Education is seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to support schools across Greater Manchester. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident supporting classroom teaching and delivering targeted interventions.

As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to support learning, lead small group sessions and help pupils reach their academic goals. You will also provide ongoing support and training, while ensuring compliance with AWR for the right pay and working conditions.
