Responsibilities

• Design and execute menus with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.
• Lead and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
• Maintain culinary standards and food safety protocols.
• Manage inventory and control cost, contributing to financial performance.
• Engage with guests and team members to create memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Chef DePartie or similar role.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and menu development.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of guest and team engagement.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
