We’re now seeking an exceptional Hotel General Manager to take the helm — someone who leads from the front, inspires high performance, and understands that great hotels are built on great people.

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the overall performance of the hotel — commercially, operationally and culturally. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your presence matters, your decisions make a difference, and your ability to bring people with you will define success.

You’ll be trusted to:

  • Set the tone and vision for the hotel
  • Lead, coach and develop a passionate management team
  • Deliver strong commercial performance across rooms, F&B, meetings and events
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences — consistently

About You

You’ll already be operating as a Hotel General Manager (or an ambitious Operations Manager / Deputy GM ready for the step up) within a full‑service hotel environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading hotel operations end‑to‑end
  • A strong understanding of city‑centre or high‑demand trading environments
  • Sound commercial and financial acumen
  • A track record of developing and retaining talented teams
  • The confidence to challenge, improve and innovate — while staying true to the brand
