Network Community Lead (Barking, Dagenham, Newham)

Hourly commitment: 20-25 hours per month

Overview

St John Ambulance is dedicated to embedding ourselves within communities, delivering tailored support and fostering a positive experience for our volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Volunteer leaders across a geographical area to deliver Community First Aid, Community Education, and Community Fundraising.
• Develop and enhance our offering for young people.
• Drive excellence in delivery of volunteer services.
• Develop an inclusive and diverse volunteering experience for new and current volunteers.
• Navigate through change to build a larger and stronger St John Ambulance presence.

Training & Support

Volunteers will receive a proper induction and the training necessary for the role, both online and in person. Regular network weekly meetings will be held to keep skills up to date.
