Role Summary
We look for a Business Operations Manager who will be the lead designer of our growth strategy, building a robust value stream through lean methodology and data‑driven financial management. You will serve as the bridge between shop‑floor operations and corporate support, ensuring the facility remains a global benchmark for rate‑readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Integration & Risk Mitigation – Use the ARM tool and TIP to identify financial and operational bottlenecks, ensuring change‑management plans eradicate hard‑hitting business problems.
- Operational SQCDP Performance – Hold accountability for the Business Management System by monitoring Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People trends and driving rate‑readiness planning.
- Financial & Resource Stewardship – Manage delegated budget authority over CAPEX, NRC, NPO, and indirect payroll, align recruitment and training with long‑term profitability goals.
About You
- Strategic Risk Manager – Proficient in risk‑mitigation tools and formulating TIPs.
- Financial Architect – Experienced in managing CAPEX, NPO, and indirect payroll to drive profitability.
- Change Agent – Expert in continuous improvement and change management, eliminating non‑add‑value activities.
