Responsibilities

• Build and develop your own client base within the UK Education sector
• Develop long‑term relationships with Schools, Colleges, Universities, Multi‑Academy Trusts and Education Providers
• Source and recruit high‑quality teaching, leadership and support professionals
• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Negotiate, influence and provide consultative solutions to clients and candidates
• Continuously develop your commercial, sales and recruitment skills
• Work towards ambitious goals and performance targets
