Geriatric Community Mental Health Nurse | Memory Care

NHS Highland is seeking a dedicated professional to assist in managing the clinical care of patients with mental health issues, particularly adults over age 65 or those with memory concerns. This is a permanent full-time post of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, care planning, and monitoring medication, alongside being an active member of a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must be registered with the NMC and have a valid driving licence.
