Role Overview

We are looking for a high‑performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across the mid‑market and enterprise segments in the UK & I. This is a full lifecycle sales role, requiring a proven ability to manage the end‑to‑end sales process—from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling Microsoft‑based solutions and managed services, combined with deep knowledge of the cyber security landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new logos and drive net‑new revenue across mid‑market and lower enterprise accounts.
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with Microsoft technologies and CWSI’s managed services portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to create joint go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
  • Represent CWSI at client meetings, partner events, and industry forums.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to deliver informed recommendations to clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of winning net new business and consistently exceeding sales targets in indirect sales roles in the mid‑market or lower enterprise segments in the UK.
  • Demonstrated success in complex solution selling within the Microsoft ecosystem in the UK (M365, Azure, Security & Compliance).
  • Demonstrated success in selling professional and managed services.
  • Strong understanding of managed services models and value propositions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain senior‑level relationships within mid‑market organizations.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
