Fire & Security Service Engineer – Liverpool

£36,000 | Field-Based | Full-Time, Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a growing regional team, covering the Liverpool area and surrounding North West locations. This is a maintenance-focused role working across a variety of commercial sites, carrying out servicing, fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs on a range of life safety and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control
• Carry out fault-finding and corrective repairs on site
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
• Ensure all works are completed and documented accurately
• Liaise professionally with site contacts and customers
• Participate in an on-call rota (where required)

What we’re looking for

• Background in fire and security service/maintenance (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Good understanding of commercial systems
• Confident working independently across multiple sites
• Full UK driving licence
