We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead FM operations across a diverse UK-wide estate.
This national role is responsible for ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose while supporting operational performance and business objectives. Acting as the client-side lead for Facilities Management services, you will drive service excellence, compliance, supplier performance, and continuous improvement across the estate.
- Lead and develop the FM strategy and operating model across the estate.
- Manage national FM contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and value for money.
- Monitor performance, resolve service issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead statutory property compliance across the portfolio, ensuring risks are effectively managed and compliance obligations are met.
- Manage specialist compliance contracts including fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, and related services.
- Manage FM budgets, supplier spend, and maintenance investment plans.
- Support lifecycle maintenance planning and prioritisation of remedial works.
- Balance operational, compliance, and commercial priorities to deliver best value.
You will have:
- Strong knowledge of statutory property compliance and contractor management.
- Experience managing outsourced FM contracts and supplier performance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Budget management and commercial experience.
- IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM, or equivalent relevant experience.
