Main Responsibilities

• You have a talent for basic food preparation, working under pressure, and staying organized during service.
• Assisting the receiving and storing of food.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Pick the ingredient according to the recipe / menu and assist your team in food preparation.
• Work collaboratively as a team member to achieve lounge goals.
• Consciously manage food stock levels, while minimising waste.

The Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge of volume catering.
• Understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
• Understanding of Food Hygiene legislation.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• A candidate who is ready to learn and develop.
• To be a confident clear communicator with a good standard of written English, able to follow instructions precisely.
