Construction & Facilities Project Manager

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Construction & Facilities Project Manager based in the Stevenage area. This is a hybrid‑based contract role with an hourly rate of up to £50 via an umbrella company.

You will contribute to a world‑class manufacturing business operating in the defence sector, delivering major projects and ensuring effective service delivery to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all allocated projects in compliance with the Project Delivery Process.
  • Deliver client requirements and transform them into a built environment.
  • Lead projects through RIBA Plan of Works stages.
  • Ensure statutory compliance such as Building Regulations, CDM and planning.

Qualifications

  • Construction contract management experience.
  • Experience leading projects through RIBA stages.
  • Knowledge of facilities management / construction environment with statutory compliance.
  • HNC qualification or higher in a relevant construction or FM field (desirable).
