Match Day Safety Steward: Crowd & Event Security

Colchester United is seeking a Match day & Event Steward to assist in the coordination of supporters at the JobServe Community Stadium. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety during events, monitoring crowds, and assisting with evacuation if necessary.

The ideal candidate must have NVQ Level 2 in spectator safety and good communication skills. Previous customer service experience is an advantage. This role requires approximately 4 hours of work during events, with an emphasis on teamwork and safety compliance.
