Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Clerical Assistant within our Mental Health, Alcohol, Drugs & Learning Disability Service in East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership based at North West Area Centre, Kilmarnock.
Hours and Shift Pattern:
18 hours per week: Monday 2-5pm, Tuesday 9-5pm, Wednesday 9-5pm. This post is offered on a permanent basis.
What you will do:
You will provide a confidential and comprehensive medical records support service to the NHS Mental Health Teams within the Mental Health, Alcohol, Drugs & Learning Disability Service.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You should possess an SVQ Level II in Administration. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Experience of working in an NHS environment with an understanding of NHS networks is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team, and the ability to work unsupervised whilst using your own initiative are essential. You must also be able to work to challenging timescales by organising and prioritising your workload, and have the flexibility to adapt to change and last minute demands.
