Bank Support Worker – Elderly Care & Independence

Radis Community Care is seeking a Bank Support Worker/Care Assistant in Banbury. In this role, you will support customers over 55 to maintain their independence through personal care and social activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in care provision and excellent communication skills. The role requires assisting with personal care activities and engaging with residents in stimulating activities, promoting dignity and respect.
