What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Food Hygiene Level 2 (within the last 3 years)
• Own chef whites and knives
• Confident running a kitchen independently
• Reliable, organised, and able to work to tight service times
• Team player with a hands-on approach
• Passion for producing quality meals

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals for students
• Managing deliveries and stock storage
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
• Following food safety and school compliance standards
• Working efficiently to meet service deadlines
