Head of Learning, Community & Access Initiatives

BIRMINGHAM HIPPODROME THEATRE is seeking a Head of Learning & Participation to lead educational and community initiatives. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) is conducted on a hybrid basis, involving occasional evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will oversee several managerial posts and contribute to developing strategies to maximize impact for young people and communities in Birmingham. We welcome applicants from under-represented backgrounds.
