Inclusion Support Assistant – Multiple Positions Available

Salary: Band 7 £24,770 – £27,231 per annum (Pro Rata £21,954 – £24,136)

Hours per week: 36

Contract: Fixed Term until 31 July 2027, Term Time Only

Location: City Skills, Future Skills, Eccles Sixth Form and SCC Group

Provide high‑quality, flexible, learner‑centred support that enables learners with SEND to achieve, belong and thrive within our college environment. Support learners with diverse needs in and out of the classroom with their academic progress, personal development, well‑being, inclusion and safeguarding.

Work as part of a dedicated team of Inclusion Support Assistants in the Learning Support Department. Support students across a range of subjects and work across the SCC group’s various Centres. Collaborate with classroom tutors to break down barriers and ensure learners have an accessible curriculum and reach their full potential. Seek proactive, person‑centred individuals who understand the challenges young people with SEND face.
