Tax E-File Coordinator & Finance Assistant

Cvtax is looking for an E-File Coordinator / Finance Assistant to assist with the transmission of tax returns and client invoicing. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service experience.

Responsibilities include downloading and matching documents, assisting in invoicing through Quickbooks, and ensuring E-File requirements are met. The role is fast-paced and ideal for someone with an understanding of the Canadian Tax System.

Training will be provided along with an hourly rate of $19.60 to $20.80 depending on experience.
