Salary and Hours

• Hours: 37 hrs per week, term time only plus 1 week (40 weeks)
• Salary: £25,951 – £28,634 FTE Point 7-11 on the Support Staff Scale (actual salary £23,391-£25,809) depending on experience
• Contract: Permanent full time (part time may be considered)
• Start date: 24th August 2026
• Closing date: 19th June 2026 9am
• Interview: Thursday 25th June am

Responsibilities

• Delivery of the tutorial programme to a number of tutor groups.
• Management of tutor groups, including supporting and guiding individual tutees.
• Supervision of some study time for each tutor group every week.
• Liaising with the Careers and Progression team, academic staff and other support staff to ensure students achieve their best.
• Contributing to the college’s pastoral provision and promoting a culture of respect and high aspirations for both staff and students.
