Bank Staff Support Worker (casual/part time)
Larkrise Community Farm are looking for people with experience working with children and/or adults with SEND and/or SEMH needs to join our brilliant team.

The role
You’ll be supporting small groups of adults and young people with additional needs to engage in meaningful farm-based activities including animal care and welfare.
Initially, this is a part time, irregular role to help us during periods of, for example, staff holidays. There is the potential for some regularity to develop in the future.
Requirements
- Experience working alongside people with additional needs and the ability to tailor your support depending on people’s needs
- Equine/animal knowledge or experience working on a farm or other outdoor environment
- A reasonable level of physical fitness
- Ability to work within a team
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
